Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Meherun store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@mamounurllc.com. Once your request is approved, we will send you the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as they cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mamounurllc.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will replace the item or refund you at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care and pet hygiene items (such as grooming gloves and waste bags), once opened
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card company may need additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mamounurllc.com.
